Folsom Home Price Report for April 2021
The price per square foot for Folsom homes in March 2021 was 12.1% higher than March 2020. Median home prices here in Folsom during March was $655,000 up 10.1% from the same time last year ($595,000).
Folsom homes sold (on average) at 104% of list price! My system only goes back to 2005 for averages, but I found a few homes in 2003-2005 that sold at 100-105% of list price. But those would not have averaged to 104%.
The highest percentage of list price vs sold price since January 2021 has been 132% of list price. That home had 79 offers. (I don’t envy the agent on that situation) The next highest was 122.8%. Folsom homes stayed on the market for an average of 10 days, last year this time it was 30 days.
