Folsom Home Market Continues To Move

Activity for the Folsom home market is continuing to be better than a lot of areas you are probably reading about. Even with a bump in new listings Folsom’s inventory is down 26.2% from this time last year(traditional, foreclosed, shorts).

Folsom Real Estate Market Trends

Folsom home pricing seems to be stabilizing a bit (1 month upward does not mean a trend). Folsom’s average price per square foot(traditional, foreclosed and shorts) is at $182, down just .2% from this timelast year.   The month of December saw 29% of Folsom’s homes sold.(traditional, foreclosed and shorts) That was an increase from the same time last year of 84.7%. While there is a lot of buyer activity, and multiple offers for correctly priced homes, I still don’t see prices increase anytime soon.
