Folsom Median Home Price For July

Folsom continues to see the median home price running in the $360,000’s. Folsom’s median price for July was $365,000. No change from last month. It is a drop of 2.7% from July, 2009. July saw 248 homes for sale in Folsom, 93 new listings and 78 pending sales. The pending sales continue to remain strong. The lowest price home to sell during July in Folsom was $220,000 (3/2, 1100sqft) and the highest priced home to sell in Folsom was $608,000(4/3, 3512sqft).
